Yes, you will interact directly with them. Most UK accounting firms use Teams, Zoom, Google meet and WhatsApp calls.

We prefer working on a server set up by your IT team. If unavailable, we can use MS Teams, Google Drive, OneDrive, or share our Google Drive. This ensures data is never stored locally on our systems.

We can use your email ID to communicate with your clients—if permitted. For correspondence with you, we’re happy to use our own email ID.

It depends on your preference. Some companies meet weekly, monthly, or only when needed.

While English is the language of business and education in India, some team members may require additional training to reach native-speaker proficiency. We carefully assess language skills alongside expertise when selecting the ideal team member.

We work from 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM IST (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM UK time).

We provide 10 public holidays and 12 personal leave days. Leaves are frozen during December and January due to the busy season.

Leave beyond public holidays and personal leave is covered. We provide a replacement, and we plan leaves in advance. There are no leaves around due dates and busy sessions.

Depending on the scope of work, we select a team member. You conduct an interview, and then we begin. Delivering quality is our responsibility. Someone from our team will be involved until the quality and deliverables are agreed upon.
